On May 8, 2022, the “OLYMVAX Cup” the 8th CMC College Student’s “Internet +” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, jointly organized by Chengdu Olymvax Biopharmaceuticals Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “OLYMVAX”) and Chengdu Medical College, was held as scheduled in the Academic Exchange Center of Chengdu Medical College.
Ms. Fan Fan, Mr. Wu Wei and Ms. Chen Chuanfeng from OLYMVAX attended the Competition as guests. At the opening ceremony, Ms. Fan Fan delivered a speech for the Competition on behalf of OLYMVAX. In her speech, Ms. Fan Fan said that enterprises are the main body of innovation and talents are the foundation of innovation. The “OLYMVAX Cup” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition connected the talent chain, education chain, industry chain and innovation chain and integrated “innovation” in every detail, so as to create a good atmosphere of innovation for students while cultivating innovative talents for the main body of innovation.
After the opening ceremony, the judges and the contestants were all engaged in the intense competition. Adhering to the principle of fairness, impartiality and openness, Mr. Wu Wei and Ms. Chen Chuanfeng of OLYMVAX, as the guest judges of the Competition, gave fair comments and scores for the competition events.
Make friends and learn more skills through competition. After two rounds of competition, the “Small Animal Brain Positioning and Section Extractor” of Luo Chao's team won the championship, setting a benchmark for the college students. In the end, Ms. Chen Chuanfeng from OLYMVAX, Mr. Pan Xihong from Dream Creation Space and Mr. Wu Wei from OLYMVAX presented trophies for the winners of bronze, silver and gold prizes respectively. The Competition also came to an end. The outstanding entrepreneurial students started a new journey with the end of the Competition, and signed a cooperation agreement with CMC Science and Technology Park, opening a new path to entrepreneurship.
In the afternoon, the Competition came to an end in the closing speech made by the leaders of Chengdu Medical College. This “OLYMVAX Cup” the 8th CMC College Student’s “Internet +” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is the witness of the cooperation between OLYMVAX and Chengdu Medical College in the previous ten years, and also the opening of their cooperation in the next decade and more decades. In the future, OLYMVAX will continue to bear in mind its social responsibility, provide more employment and internship opportunities for the students of Chengdu Medical College, and make more contributions to the cause of great health together with Chengdu Medical College.
