3. Have a certain knowledge about the properties of polysaccharides and proteins, and sufficient insights into the separation and purification strategies;
4. Get familiar with the operation of relevant equipment involved in biological separation and purification.
1. Go in for the development, optimization and verification of strain preparation, microbial fermentation and cultivation, and fermentation process of bacterial vaccines and recombinant protein biologics;
2. Take charge of the pilot scale-up in fermentation process, the fermentation and cultivation of clinical samples and the transfer of industrial production technology in the project;
3. Prepare project research documents, phased summary reports, technology transfer reports, and clinical registration documents.
